Brett MorganI have been duck hunting 15 years. My favorite place to hunt is in the Catahoula, La. area. I have duck hunted Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, and Missouri. I have been guiding duck hunts for 6 years. My favorite call of all time is the “Mean Mallard”!!
Travis ReeserI have been hunting waterfowl for the 25 years. Through this experience I have had the opportunity to guide and developed some amazing friendships. During this time I caught the contest bug. I competed in every contest across the Northwest acquiring many first place and top three wins. During that time I had the opportunity to meet some amazing people in the industry that have helped me be successful in the field. Although I have hunted in Texas, Idaho, and Washington, I currently reside in Eastern Oregon where I get to enjoy a steady migration of Canada Geese, Snow Geese, and several species of ducks. Where I hunt, I don't get the luxury of sinking pits. I have been using final approach blinds since their inception. I have not hunted out of a better blind. It is nice to know that I have complete concealment coupled with comfort. I am a teacher and a coach. I get the opportunity once in a while to take out students and introduce them to our sport. It is so gratifying watching them have a great experience and pursue waterfowl hunting themselves. Aside from waterfowl hunting I thoroughly enjoy hunting deer, elk, turkeys, and fishing for walleye. Being in the outdoors gives me the opportunity to enjoy God's creation and all its magnificence.

Chad CarlsonMy name is Chad Carlson from Island City, Oregon. I have been on the staff with the Final Approach/FA Brand from about 2002. I started using FA Brand blinds back in the late 90’s when it was the up and coming Final Approach gear. I was the stereotypical poor college student that spent every dime and minute I had away from college chasing waterfowl. I bought my first Eliminator blind back in about 1997 and was hooked on layout blind field hunting. Since then I have only used FA Brand blinds with my go to, the X-Lander. I purchased a few X-Landers in about 2004 and to this day still use the same blinds. They are hunted out of between 50-75 days per season, and they work. I was involved with Bill Saunders and Doug Eck in developing and testing the first FA Brand HD honker decoy and have had many good hunts over these decoys. These decoys were tested from Oregon early season up into Canada and back down into the heavily pressured Columbia basin late season and performed with great results. With the improvements that are continuously being made to the FA Brand decoys and gear the success continue to follow. My loyalty lies with a company that continues to look for ways to improve not only the gear but the customer service as well, which is FA Brand. I am excited to see where the new focus and direction of the FA Brand will go.
Aaron CusterI live at Lake Lotawana just outside of Kansas City, MO where I was born and raised. I’ve been hunting for 36 years now. My dad started taking me hunting when I was about 6 years old and I haven’t turned back since. My father has always been an avid hunter and I should thank him everyday for introducing me to one of my biggest passions. I can't wait to pass on my passion for hunting to my 2 year old son. I chase waterfowl mostly along with turkey and pheasant. I am part owner of a duck club that is one of my favorite spots to go here in Missouri. I grew up hitting most of the public duck hunting areas around Missouri hunting in layout boats or building blinds in the marsh. I love bringing honkers into a field, but nothing is better then bringing them to the water. I get the pleasure of watching 5,000 to 10,000 migrating Canada geese roost right off of my dock at home, every winter. Makes them easy subjects to study. I put in around 60 to 80 days a year in the field hunting something. When season is over, I am counting the days until it opens back up. I have been part of the Pro Staff for Final Approach for 9 years now. It has been a great experience watching the brand grow to where it is today.
Barry FincherBarry is a native of Georgia having grown up and lived in a rural part of the state provided him with many opportunities to pursue whitetail deer, turkey, small game, and fishing in addition frequent trips to Arkansas in pursuit of waterfowl are now on his “to do list “ each fall. It was only natural with his passion for wildlife that would ultimately lead him to pursue a career in the outdoors. He is retired from the Georgia DNR as a Regional Supervisor for the Law Enforcement Division. Barry has been on the Pro-Staff for Primos Hunting for 30 years. He is currently assigned as the Eastern Regional Pro-Staff Coordinator for the Vista Outdoor Team.
Mark SpenceI grew up in a small town in northwestern Pennsylvania. My father introduced me to hunting at a young age and I immediately fell in love with the outdoors. Although, I was exposed to hunting at a young age, my first waterfowl experience did not happen until I was in my early 20s. After witnessing geese maple leaf into the decoys at less than 20 yards, I was hooked! Waterfowl consumed me – I learned everything I could about calling, decoy placement, blind concealment, weather patterns, migrations….you name it. All the while, I tried every piece of gear out there looking for something that would put up with the beating I would put on it each and every season - hunting multiple states and Canada in every imaginable weather scenario. It didn’t take long to realize that FA Brand (Final Approach at that time) gear absolutely fit the bill and could withstand the pressures and abuse I threw at it each and every season. After earning my stripes in the trenches chasing waterfowl from September to March for many years running Final Approach gear, I was honored with an offer to join the Pro-Staff for Final Approach. I have been a part of that Pro-Staff now for over 10 years! FA Brand gear and decoys still get me through each and every season without fail and I look forward to using their gear and decoys for many, many years to come! As the old saying goes…THERE ARE NO DAYS OFF!!! Mark Spence – Corry, PA Facebook: Mark Spence Instagram: @mspence18

Nick HoffmanPick a place on the globe. Find a species to hunt or fish in that place. Find out what makes that place tick. Nick's Wild Ride, with host Nick Hoffman, takes viewers on a unique journey as Nick digs deep into the food, culture, music, history, and heartbeat of a location as he hunts and fishes.
This isn't a head-to-an-outfitter-and-hunt kind of show. It's acutally the antithesis of that. It's as much about the travel and adventure as it is about the hunt and canvassing the globe to find interesting places, compelling people, vibrant cluture, and good food. Follow Nick on his quest to find non-typical species in non-typical places and soak up whatever craziness comes his way in the process.
Each episode leaves the viewer asking, "where will Nick end up next week?"
Now in production of it's second season (which will begin airing in July 2017 on Outdoor Channel) Nick's Wild Ride has won critical acclaim for it's distinctive entertaining style and dynamic pace. Season 1 was nominated for 3 coveted "Golden Moose" awards in 2016.
THE HOST: Most people know Nick Hoffman as 1/3 of country trio THE FARM, or they may know him as the award-winning dynamic fiddle player who has backed up some of music's biggest stars. Or perhaps they recognize him from the many cameo appearances he's made on outdoor TV. However people know him, they've never seen him quite like this. Although he has spent years on stage in the spotlight new and old fans alike will enjoy seeing a side of Nick that showcases his love for travel and the outdoors.
Alex Lang"At an early age, my passion for the outdoors began to show. Like most hunters, I killed my first birds over early FA decoys. Those are memories that will last forever! Alex hunts mostly public land in Missouri and Arkansas having the most durable and dependable gear is needed! Final Approach products have yet to fail me!"
